nice to find You here again. Today I post some pics of my last Xmas Shopping Tour!!!! 

Sorry I'm in late with them, but on December I was a bit busy crafting, packaging......fortunately!!!!!

I have stopped it for a week; I was no sure on how to carry on with it…

Do you remember?

Follow the original pattern or make changes?

 I have stopped to follow the pattern and realized my own last round.

Here my final result!!!!

I like its medium size!!! 

It is amazing how it looks completely different without the leafs all around.

Now My Lovely Tablecloth is ready to be given away. 

I am going to use black paper and raffia for the packaging 

and a Greeting Card  from my “Something Special Cards Collection”

My new project: a Lovely Tablecloth – part II

Hi All,

Early this morning my new project was waiting for me!!!

…my lovely tablecloth is quite finish

and this is how it looks now.

I posted about it ten days ago more or less

 I thought to have much more time to carry on with it, unfortunately....

evenings are tooooo short, as you know!!!

The time spent crocheting is always great so I don’t mind how long it will take..;))))

Now I have finished the central part. I should start the ornament all around,

but I am not so sure about.

If I follow the pattern, I’m afraid of making the tablecloth too large. 

This is a gift, as you already known ( My new project: a Lovely Tablecloth – part I ) , 

and I would like to realize it in order to fit as much tables as possible…;))))

I did not mind to check the size before; I just found, liked and started it….

I’m still sure this is a brilliant idea, but now I need time to take a decision:

follow the last part of this pattern or  

realize the final row by myself!!!!...

My new project: a Lovely Tablecloth - part I

Hi All,

A great Monday to everyone!!!

Yesterday evening I started this new project, I am really happy of that.

Usually the patterns, I use, are designed by me. 

Few times I follow patterns I have found and liked more.

Sara Arts -  Crocheted Tablecloth (Part I)

Six months ago I saw an image of a red Tablecloth 

in an old Crochet Magazine

 and immediately it was on my “to do list”!!!

Yesterday evening I decided to realize personally the gift 

I will give to a special couple,  friends of mine...

and this Tablecloth is what I would like to realize for them!!!!   

So I started crocheting and here the images of the first day at work!!!!

Instead the red , I use a pale yellow yarn….

 I like it more…Here the first two flowers…

The Magazine in which I have found it belongs to 

“Cucirini Coats” company .  

The one I have at home is extremely old!!!! 

 Today I was curious to discover if they are still alive, well I am sure they are, 

because I use their yarns to sew, but I have no idea 

if they publish still magazines or have a web site.

With a great pleasure I have found something about them here:

 I know it is in Italian and could be a tricky,

but you will find lots of images with advices and new original projects..
