Welcome back in My Coffee Room, this week I will introduce you 

“ VerdeCardamomo”

 

Few days ago thanks to a post shared by Cristina Torrengo, from Terre da Vino, 

I discovered Claudia’s little world: VerdeCardamomo

Once in Claudia's blog the images caught all my attention, 

 in particular this one.

What a “Delicious Welcome"!!!!

  I like first its lights and shadows, 

second the old style dish and the crystal glass…. simply perfect, in my opinion..;))),  

 and third but not least she suggests to taste her 

“ Canapè di Pain d'epices con coulis di barbabietola rossa, patè di anatra all'arancia 

e piccola gelatina di Bella Estate”   

with Moscato Passito Bella Estate produced by Terre da Vino….,  

one of my favourite Italian wine!!!!!

  I had the pleasure to contact Claudia in occasion of this post,

another Italian region and she shows how to make, here,  her own version with cardamom!!!!
